Bubba Lands Property Services LLC (we, us, our) is a family-owned landscaping and property services business based in Pensacola, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and do the job well.

• Contact form and online booking: name, phone number, email address, service you are interested in, and any project details you choose to share.
• Phone calls: whatever you tell us during the call. We do not record calls.
• Website analytics: aggregate visit statistics only (pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, device type). Our analytics provider, Cloudflare Web Analytics, does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and provide an estimate.
• To schedule and deliver requested services.
• To follow up on completed work.
• To improve how our website performs.

We do not use your information for advertising targeting. We do not sell your information. Ever.

Service providers

The following providers help us operate the website and run the business. They receive only the information required to deliver their service.

• Formspree – processes contact form submissions and forwards them to us via email.
• Housecall Pro – powers our online booking and customer records.
• Cloudflare – hosts the site, provides CAPTCHA protection (Turnstile), and provides privacy-friendly analytics.
• Meta (Facebook) – if you choose to view the Facebook feed on our Updates page, Meta may set cookies per its own policies.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Our analytics provider (Cloudflare Web Analytics) does not use cookies at all. The CAPTCHA on our contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) may issue a short-lived session token to protect against automated spam. That token is not linked to your identity.

If you interact with the Facebook feed on the Updates page, Meta's own cookie policy applies.

Data retention

We keep your contact information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and serve you. Form submissions stored by Formspree are retained per their free-tier policy (currently 30 days). Booking and customer records stored by Housecall Pro are retained per our account settings and applicable tax and business record laws.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what information we have about you.
• Correct information that is wrong.
• Delete your information (except where we must keep records for tax or legal reasons).
